§ 1 Acceptance of Terms

§ 3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with mb888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. mb888 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mb888 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;

• Log out of your mb888 account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify mb888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

§ 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the mb888 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mb888 does not apply currency conversion charges for MYR transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank).

The following general conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as part of mb888's anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• Processing times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–60 minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• Verification: mb888 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC documentation) before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

mb888 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registered player's own name.

§ 5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

mb888 offers bonuses and promotional rewards at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage). Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not utilised within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Abuse: mb888 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers.
• One bonus per offer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.

§ 6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the mb888 platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all gaming categories:

• Allowing any other individual to use your mb888 account, whether for financial gain or otherwise;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mb888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
